Lacey Lewis is the founder and CEO of Lin Development Group, LLC.

An active Texas real estate broker Lacey has over 14 years of real estate finance, sales, marketing and real estate development experience.

In 2010 Lacey obtained his Texas Real Estate Brokers and opened a boutique residential real estate brokerage. While representing urban real estate developers Lacey learned the ins and outs of project and market feasibility, land acquisition, pre-sale pricing strategies and much more. Lacey's extensive real estate experience has led to his methods and success.

Mr. Lewis has been part of the Realtor community for the past 14 years. This length of time and experience in the industry allowed him to build great relationships and communication with hundreds of real estate agents, brokers as well as individual and institutional real estate buyers and owners. These relationships help Mr. Lewis execute the pre-sale aspect of the business model.
